According to “Bild” Germany, there is a compensation clause in Perez’s contract that Racing Point could use until July 31.As per the report, the contract between Perez and the team could be terminated earlier “for a high single-digit million amount”.

Vettel is a four-time World Champion and he is proven race winner.His ruthless driving put Red Bull in Formula 1 history books by winning 4 consecutive double championship from 2010 to 2013.
Aston Martin is big brand and known as James Bond car in the market, even though they have faster car this year they need star power to fight for World Championships. To be fair, their current line-up is not good enough to take on likes of Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen. So logically Vettel is ideal match for them from winning and branding perspective.
