After Friday Practice sessions Mercedes hold a substantial advantage over rivals Ferrari in both short & long runs. Ferrari brought hefty upgrades to France in a hope to resolve their SF90 weakness and their drivers were busy in validating new parts in both practice sessions. The main focus for the prancing horse on Friday is to collect data and validate their wind tunnel simulation data on Track. Hopefully, the latest upgrades will help Ferrari to mount challenges on Mercedes for pole position during Saturday qualifying.
