Six time champions Mercedes started 2020 season with 1-2 finish. Hamilton set fastest time with 1:04.816 on red soft tires and his teammate Bottas is second fastest just 0.356 sec behind Lewis on same tire compound.
Max Verstappen third fastet with 1:05.418 on Red Bull’s home circuit. Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel finished P10 and P12 respectively. But both Ferrari drivers yet to use the faster Red soft tires compared to other front runners who set their time on Red Faster tires.
