After dreadful start to the 2020 season, Ferrari have hit new lows during Friday Practice session in Belgian GP. Best Ferrari man on Friday, Charles Leclerc nearly 1.7 seconds down of Max Verstappen’s P1 time in FP2.
Charles Leclerc and Vettel finished FP1 in P14 & P15 and FP2 in P15 & P17 respectively.Ferrari is approximately 0.5 seconds down on their customer team Alfa Romeo.It’s known to everyone that since secrete agreement with FIA during off-season Ferrari engine lost power.
But we can not blame solely engine for their struggles,Alfa Romeo who is running the same engine finished FP2 0.6 sec ahead of works team.Geroge Rusell and Williams split Ferrari in FP2 , Vettel just 0.1 sec ahead of Latifi in P18.
During Last years Belgian GP,Ferrari secured 1-2 in all practice sessions and Qualifying. Charles Leclerc took dominant victory from the pole for Red Team, just in 12 months time they have dropped from top to bottom. Vettel who topped last years FP1 with 1:44.574 lap,lost nearly 1.605 seconds this year as he finished in P15 with a 1:46.179 lap.
Ferrari let their fans and Drivers down with their poor package, blaming drivers for Engineers mistake is foolishness. They really owe an apology to TIFOSI and their drivers,especially Sebastian Vettel, who’s final year with the team is just nothing but a nightmare. Because of Ferrari’s poor car, Vettel’s reputation damaged in the recent years.
With this package, Ferrari set for embarrassing three Italian GP’s this year including their 1000th GP.
