Denver Nuggets forces Game 7 with a 111-98 comeback win over Clippers on Sunday in Game 6.Nuggets can complete another 3-1 comeback in 2019-20 playoffs on Tuesday when they face No.2 seed Clippers in Game 7.
Clippers had their biggest lead of the game 19 points with 10:10 remaining in Third Quarter, before Denver & Jokic mount an unbelievable comeback like they did in Game 5 win.
Denver erased their 19 point deficit and tied the game with 11:21 remaining in the fourth-quarter.From there, Mike Malone team never looked back,as they crush Clippers to win Game 6 with 13 point lead. Denver outscored Clippers 64-35 in second-half.
Nikola Jokic was Denver’s best player once again and stuffed the stat sheet with 34 points, 14 rebounds, seven assists, one steal and one block in 40 minutes. Jamal Murray notched 21 points with five rebounds and five assists, while Gary Harris contributed 16 points, four assists, four steals and two rebounds.
Michael Porter Jr. once again proved to be a threat off the bench, scoring 13 points with seven boards, while Monte Morris scored 10 points.Paul George and Kawhi Leonard were the best players for the Clippers, but they lacked support from the rest of the squad. George notched 33 points, six rebounds, five steals and three assists, while Leonard delivered 25 points, eight rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block. Lou Williams had 14 points and JaMychal Green had 11 points.
Denver shot 48% from 3-pt range and 54.1% from the field overall compared to Clippers 37% from 3-pt and 41% from the field overall.
