Round 10 of 2021 Formula 1 season will be taking place at Silverstone on July 16-18 weekend.
The Weather forecast for 2021 British Grand Prix mostly looks sunny and teams can expect dry weather throughout race weekend. But Sold-out fans would love to see some drizzle to spice up the race.
With new Sprint qualifying set to make Formula 1 debut this weekend, Friday weather also important for teams along with Saturday and Sunday.
Friday Practice 1 & Qualifying (July 16) :
Friday weather will be mostly sunny during Free Practice 1 and Qualifying session. Temperatures can reach up to 26C and 0% chance of rain predicted for Friday, but Wind Gusts of 17 km/h can create problems for teams.
Saturday practice & Sprint Race (July 17)
Similar to Friday weather expected to be nice with plenty of sunshine on Saturday for the first ever Sprint race. Temperatures can reach up to 26C and 1% chance of rain predicted but it’s not going to threaten dry running. Wind Gusts of 17 km/h is predicted for Saturday as well.
Sunday, Race day(July 18)
Very important day of the weekend will be Very warm with sunshine and patchy clouds. The Maximum temperature 28C expected with Wind Gusts of 13 km/h and 0% chance of rain for the race.
With more than 1,00,000 fans expected to attend the Sunday’s race, sunny warm weather set for a real feast for Formula 1 fans.
