According to ESPN’s NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Jason Kidd and Dallas finalizing a deal to become next Head Coach.
Kidd is currently working as a assistant to Los Angeles Lakers Head coach Frank Vogel. He was part of Lakers 2019-20 Championship winning coaching staff inside Orlando Bubble.
Outgoing Dallas longtime Head coach and current Indiana Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle made no secret of his wish about Kidd taking over Dallas coaching job earlier in the day.
Kidd was part of 2011 Dallas championship team under Rick Carlisle. And he coached Milwaukee Bucks and Brooklyn Nets before taking Lakers assistant role.
