Both team created flurry of chances in the first-half, Copenhagen high pressing game created lot of trouble for United Midfield and center backs. United were denied a wonderful goal by VAR for offside, when Mason Greenwood scored just before half-time.

Game headed to extra time as both teams unable to score within 90 minutes of normal time.

Mata replaced Mason Greenwood at the start of 30 minute extra time. Once again Martial created lot of troubles for Copenhagen defense and The French man forced another wonderful save by Johnsson before he was brought down in-side the box.
