MS DHONI Retires from International Cricket

Former Indian Captain MS Dhoni announces his retirement from International Cricket on his social media account, on the eve of India’s 74th Independence Day.

He led India to 2011 World Cup victory over Sri Lanka. The 39 year old considered one of greatest Captains in Indian Cricket history.He is known as Mr.Captain cool for all cricket fans and his invention, Helicopter shot is trademark of Dhoni batting.

Dhoni played 350 ODI for India,he scored 10773 with an average of 50.57 and his Highest score of 183 not out is highlight of his early cricket career. He scored 10 centuries and 73 half-centuries in his 16 years long career.

The Jharkhand dynamite played 98 T20I,scored 1617 runs at an average of 37.60 and strike rate 126.13.

MSD is arguably best Wicket-keeper,best finisher and Best ever captain that India ever witnessed. He is part of 829 dismissals in international cricket and it’s third best by any wicket keeper in the World, only Mark Boucher(998) and Adam Gilchrist(905) have more dismissals than Dhoni.
