UTAH JAZZ 107 – 117 DENVER NUGGETS

Jamal Murray delivered one of the best performances of his career in Game 5, as he ended with 42 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. Nikola Jokic had an impressive outing as well, draining a clutch corner three-pointer on route to 31 points, six boards, and four assists.

Jerami Grant had 13 points, and Michael Porter Jr. contributed 15 points and five rebounds coming off the bench.Donovan Mitchell missed some key shots in the fourth quarter, but he still ended with 30 points and five assists.

Rudy Gobert posted an 11-point, 12-rebound double-double, and Joe Ingles notched 13 points with three rebounds and three assists. Mike Conley scored 17 points, and Jordan Clarkson also chipped in with 17 points off the bench. Royce O’Neal added 10 points while playing 37 minutes as a starter.

DALLAS MAVERICKS 111 – 154 LA CLIPPERS

The Clippers had built a 24-point lead by halftime courtesy of a 76-point first half, setting the stage for an easy victory. Los Angeles shot a jaw-dropping 63.1 percent overall, including 62.1 percent from three-point range.

Luka Doncic’s 22 points, which he partly complemented with four rebounds, led the Mavericks. Tim Hardaway furnished 19 points, while Trey Burke delivered 15. Maxi Kleber’s line included 12 points and four rebounds. Delon Wright paced the second unit with 11 points.Paul George’s 35 points paced the Clippers.

Kawhi Leonard’s contributions included 32 points, seven boards and four assists. Montrezl Harrell generated a 19-point, 11-rebound double-double. Marcus Morris totaled 12 points, six boards, four assists and one steal. Landry Shamet and Reggie Jackson contributed 11 points each, with Shamet also posting four rebounds and Jackson recording five assists.
