The last time they missed play-off was during 1996-97 season and it was Gregg Popovich’s first season as a Spurs coach and they got no.1 pick in the 1997 NBA Draft lottery. Everyone knows that, Spurs selected Tim Duncan out of Wake Forest University with No.1 pick to pair him with David Robinson.

This years draft lottery will decide Spurs chances of making the play-offs for next season in a wild-west.
