Red Bull Formula One driver Sergio Perez reveals his new fancy helmet for new upcoming f1 season. For second year in a row, The Mexican will drive for Red Bull along side of newly crowned world champion in Max Verstappen.
But this season he don’t want to play second fiddle next to his teammate. He is aiming for title fight. The new regulations have been brought in to offer better, more competitive racing and to improve the experience for the fans, which Checo can’t wait for. “I am so excited to start the new season and I cannot wait to be on track with the new RB18. Last year, we gave it our all until the very last lap and we are ready to do the same in 2022,” said Checo in an interview with Red Bull.
“All of us on the grid are starting from zero this season so it is set to be an exciting year. The new regulations are said to improve the competition on track, so I hope that for us as drivers we can compete more, race more and follow each other more closely.” Added the Mexican.
Checo is a born racer, he enjoys the off-season, but he’s also excited to get back on track. “I cannot wait to be back in the car and working with the team. I’m looking forward to the season starting,” he said. However, he’s under no illusion that there’s a lot of work ahead. “There will be a lot of things we need to learn and adapt to, but these new regulations are set to make everything very interesting.”
