Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team promised before start of the 2021 season, that they are committed to bringing fans into the heart of Aston Martin’s new era in Formula One.
In their first home Grand Prix in over six decades at Silverstone, they have fulfilled their promise by inviting fans I / AM members to join them the lawn of factory to celebrate British talent and creativity.
Aston Martin planned beautiful events for the fans visit to give them best possible experience in their first visit to the Silverstone head quarters.
Guests were hosted by the team on the factory’s lawn, and enjoyed exclusive experiences such as getting up close with Sebastian Vettel’s second-placed Azerbaijan Grand Prix trophy.
Cars from Aston Martin’s past and present featured including James Bond’s gadget-filled DB5 and the newly unveiled Valhalla.
Insight into the team’s Silverstone weekend and beyond came courtesy of a Q&A with Reserve and Development Driver Nico Hülkenberg, hosted by Sky Sports F1’s Rachel Brookes.
Each guest had the opportunity to participate in a pitstop challenge and play a round of the new ‘catch challenge’, which can be found on the team’s TikTok channel.
A static version of the AMR21 was also on display, as well as a photo booth for guests to be able to take home a memento from the event.
CEO & Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer made a surprise guest appearance via a live call from the pitwall.
